I spent my weekend doing a 12 hours guitar stream on Twitch. My fingers are killing me. Why did I think I could play those songs... oh wait, because I can... Come check me out at https://twitch.tv/novice3030
Spent the weekend trying to find a cheat to level 4 in Battletoads, dammed hardest game ever, doesn't matter how many lives you have, it's still really hard. Took me 3 hours just to get past the motor cycle level. That last leg is crazy!

I spent the entire weekend on tech support trying to get my mother's computer to work. Spent forever on forums, tried to chat to the chat center guys, which was hopeless. Eventually managed to get stuff working again, before the automatic system update and restart kicked in (yep). I've never felt so exhausted in my life, and that's on a weekend.

I spent weeks sorting out my CD collection so I could sell them at a garage sale. I'd collected CDs for decades, and it was time to clear most of them out. I created an event on Facebook, and told lots of friends about it. I hung posters around the local area. I even borrowed trestle tables from neighbours and wired up a speaker outside so I could play music. On the day it poured with rain all day, and it washed away the address on the posters I'd hung, but only the address, which I'd used a special pen colour. Almost no one came. But, as I sat there, doing nothing for six plus hours, I made a playlist of all the songs I could find in my collection about rain. I smiled to myself when 'Dry the Rain' by Beta Band came on, even if no one else was there to enjoy the moment with me.

Spent the weekend repainting balustrades in a variety of exciting chalk coloured paints. Following the painting process, I sanded them back ever so slightly to reveal the grain. My oh my. Mmm mmm MMM. Then drove up to Castlemaine to look at a cute little 3 week old staffy. Staffy's are the best! Night ended with a replay of the Bachelorette. Boo. V
Sat on my phone with patchy wifi reading articles about the introduction of predators in New Zealand in a predator-less land that I couldn't remember 5 minutes after reading them. I realised I'd brought a banana through New Zealand customs and the damage I might have done. And then checking out the same news sites for more....V
Cutting my over-due toenails while responding to 4 of my Grandmother's unanswered emails. Living the dream!
Spent the weekend carefully measuring and comparing limbs, making sure they were symmetrical and noting statistically significant inconsistencies in one side. Then compared my results to the plethora of data found on gottagetoutmore.com
I'm still trying to figure out why no one else has done this riveting and necessary research!
Spent Saturday morning doing the washing and hanging it out on the line.
Took it all off on Saturday arvo. Discovered that birds had crapped on most of it.
Spent Sunday morning doing the washing...
My first house in Japan had a doorbell that broke the first week I moved in. It still worked, but it sounded a bit like one of those dogs that had had its vocal chords removed. More of a wheeze than a ring. My "office" room was on the second floor. I once spent an entire Saturday sitting down and getting up every ten minutes because I thought I heard the doorbell wheeze. I was expecting an important package. It ended up coming at 21:00 that night while I was taking a dump and I didn't get to the door fast enough.
Spent all weekend trying to get off the couch yet finding every excuse not to. Watched 5 seasons of Friends in a row
I spent all weekend once researching how to patent an E chord. Can't be done… V
